is this  Vintage TIFFANY & CO. STERLING Silver Baby Cup with an applied handle, and featuring a flared rim.
MAKER: TIFFANY & CO., NYC, NY.
MARKS:   TIFFANY & CO. MAKERS, 23499, M, and Five Pointed Stars. Some of the markings are faint.
WEIGHT:   65.8 grams
MEASUREMENT:
2 1/8" high, 1 7/8" in diameter across the top rim, and 1 1/4+" in diameter across the base. The handle extends up to 5/8" from the cup.
CONDITION:  There are numerous small dings on or about the base along with a small discoloration; overall, this old piece is in Good Estate Condition.
