First, fill larger dents and holes in foam with the lightweight "Foam Filler", a smooth filler that dries fast and sands extremely easily. THEN use
Foam Finish, which is a smooth white liquid filling paste for repairing small dents & nicks & pores
in all kinds of foam - Depron, EPP, EPO, Styrofoam, and more.
WHAT'S DIFFERENT is that
Foam Finish
creates a hard but flexible waterproof finish!  Ideal for foamie model airplanes - smooth out the pebbly surface of the wings and fuselage!  Dries smooth and hard, but flexible so it doesn't crack!

HELPFUL HINTS
FOR USING FOAM-FINISH
Please check YouTube, there are several great videos showing how Foam-Finish and Foam-Filler can be used, including using Foam-Finish to fiberglass your foam model.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix the contents with a metal spoon or knife. The liquid part may settle to the bottom while in storage. Mix well until smooth.
Apply a
thin coating
to the surface of the foam using a plastic spatula or an old credit card. Squeegee the product into the surface, working back and forth to force the product into the cracks and crevices. Remove excess product (don't leave blobs or bumps).
Allow 6-8 hours to fully dry (the first coating takes longer to dry since the product penetrates the surface).
Apply a very thin second coat (this will dry very quickly).
Lightly sand with medium-fine sandpaper to achieve a perfectly smooth finish, which can then be painted or stained.
Can be used to fibreglass your foam surfaces
- after applying the first coat, overlay with your choice of fibreglass cloth while the Foam-Finish product is still wet. The fibreglass will "grab" to the wet surface.  Then apply a top coat of Foam-Finish using a plastic spatula to smooth out and remove all the excess product. When fully dry, sand off the excess product and then apply a second thin coat.  When finished with fine sandpaper, you will have a smooth paintable surface that will add great strength to your model while remaining flexible.
